No, but it can be used with Snap Float Folio .

Not supported. The built-in pen holder only supports Apple Pencil 2 .
What is the recess on the opposite side of the Apple Pencil for?
The recess on that side is designed to allow the Magic Keyboard to close tightly even when the case is on.
