How much is the shipping cost ?
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, and we offer free shipping for orders totaling 2,500 baht or more after discounts.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Thailand: Delivered within 3–4 business days.
Shipping from abroad Country: Delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the country. Area may take up to 8–10 business days.
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
After payment is received and confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.
My order has been shipped, but I want to change the address. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders that have already shipped. If your order has not shipped, please contact us at moftth@moft.us to change your address or choose another shipping option.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some items may be shipped in multiple parcels and the second (or multiple) tracking number may not be displayed on the order page. In this case, please allow 2-3 days and if the parcel has not arrived after that, please contact us at moftth @moft.us .
