Returns

If you receive a defective or faulty product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement.

Important Note:
  • This return policy applies only to end consumers who purchased our products from moftth.com.
  • All items to be returned must be sent back to our return center located primarily in Shenzhen, China, or Samut Sakhon, Thailand.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging. Original MOFT
  • Please note that products containing adhesive and that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of error on our part.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, inadequate care, improper handling, accidents, overuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • For returns unrelated to quality issues, MOFT Thailand will only refund the cost of the returned product ( excluding all shipping costs, including the original shipping fee ).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of product returns that are not related to quality issues.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of goods during shipping in the event of a return unrelated to quality issues.
  • Please note that the company will not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the initial return request date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Product exchange

  • For returns of original products, please initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning an item?

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is defective or damaged. For products that do not meet customer expectations, shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to exchange an item/order.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days from the date of purchase, you will not be able to request a refund or exchange.
